Our Services

We are a full service Brokerage handling both buyers and sellers. In the case of buyers we represent them as their buyer's agent, guiding and educating them throughout the process of purchasing a home. In the case of listings, we represent the seller as the seller's agent and help them present their home to the market in the most sellable manner possible.

We do not handle property management, but have a management company to which we refer our clients. In all cases, our compensation will be spelled out directly in the contract between BPH Realty and our clients.
