Josh has spent most of his life in the Lakewood and Lake Highlands neighborhoods of Dallas. As many do, Josh had too much fun in college and he found himself looking for other avenues to succeed. In March 2003, Josh joined the Marine Corps and over an eight year career had the opportunity to serve in Iraq and Afghanistan. Along the way, he also got to visit Okinawa, China, Philippines, and many other fun places. He came back to Dallas after his eight year stint and finished his degree at the University of Texas at Dallas.
During his time at UTD, he learned how to build his network and the importance of putting himself in the path of the smartest people he could find. This landed him a job at JPMorgan Chase where he worked for nearly eight more years, the last two and half of which were spent as a North Texas Commercial Banker for Mid Market sized Companies.
The discipline and determination Josh developed in the Marines, coupled with the networking and deal making he learned in the corporate world, has prepared him for the crazy Real Estate market we are currently experiencing. Give him a call to sell your home, find your dream home, buy your next investment property, or just get questions answered about the current state of the market.
